When you buy a template you may use it for your own business and make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share or give away the files, in whole or in part.
Digital products
Templates are instant digital downloads. Nothing physical ships.
Refunds
If a template does not work for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
Not tax, legal or financial advice
The templates are bookkeeping tools. Tax figures are estimates, and Schedule C totals are for you and your preparer to review. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We check every formula before release, but the results depend on what you enter. You are responsible for your own records and filings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a template is limited to the price you paid for it.
